Their ice cream is so good and they are such nice people. They make something fresh every day, so I always just get the freshest ice cream they have.
Jesus was super nice ! Amazing Bionicos , Nachos and paletas from mango to cheese and so many flavors
Enjoy coming here, I live so close to this place. Love the ice creams they have and the very nice people working here. Tables have games so one can play, and the Tosti locos are so good. Very good prices, would totally recommend this place.
I was looking for something to keep me fresh on such a hot day. I came across this shop and the best paletes I got the pleasure to lick. I recommend this place!! Let's support our small business and even when their product is delicious.
Amazing.!!!! Everything here is delicious.! Awesome customer service.! Good prices on everything.!
The bombest ice cream !! I went for a banana split and I've never had a banana split so good! Nothing compared to ice cream truck ice cream
Really good ice cream
Best ice cream ever
I came here a couple of months ago and the paletas are DELICIOUS. The paletas have a lot of fruit and they taste incredible!!! It's a small family owned business and the customer service is great. I know there is another paleteria down the street but these are better.
I had a craving for paletas today, and was about to try a different place, but decided to come back here. I am so glad I did. This will be my go to place for home made paletas from Michoacan. You need to give it try, you will not regret it.. I had 3 paletas while I was there, mango w/ chili, arroz con leche and strawberry w/cream,it had so many strawberries. I ended up buying a dozen to eat at home.
I come for the ice cream. The paletas (ice cream bars) are really good too. They make their ice cream fresh from scratch every day. The strawberry is my favorite, but they also have many delicious exotic Mexican fruit flavored that you can't get anywhere else. Super nice people too!!
Paleteria Michoacan is the best ice cream in Los Angeles, perfect on a warm summer night. I would recommend the creme brle or the green apple gelato if your looking for something fun and fruity but all of there ice cream is amazing! I always get a half and half scoop of something chocolate like calebaut milk chocolate and burnt marshmallow... Yum! And once you get your ice cream walk down to the beach and enjoy the purple park, the sand and the little piers!
Delicious frozen fruit and ice cream made fresh every morning. I am in love with chia seed flavor - healthy and not too sweet. This is truly a neighborhood gem
Feels like your in Mexico. Gentleman running the store that day was really nice and offering to taste flavors. I had my favorite, paleta de crema con fresas. It was delicious. Neighborhood did seem a little sketchy, it is LA though and it was already after dark. They have other Mexican snacks like chips or cookies. I'd go again if I was in the area and was craving a paleta :)
Just opened up. Great place for ice cream! Very friendly people . And good prices. The place is nice and spacious and have tables and seats inside. Comfortable place to eat an ice cream. Arrived just in time as people a group of people were walking in. They attended everyone with a good manner and we're quick.
Strawberry milk w strawberries home made "popsicle". Cream and strawberries Popsicle. Chocolate and nuts frozen bananas. Ice cream cup thing things. Other junk food, and a very friendly owner to boot! Will go back for sure!
I used to live nearby and went to El Grullense for lunch and saw the shop. It's incredible. I'm not joking. Mateo's Ice cream down the street at Pico and Crenshaw is awesome, but Jesus and Marie's shop stands right up there. Everything is home made. They use organic berries ( I saw the Earthbound box with the CCOF label). They have paletas (popsicles) of at least eight varieties. They have traditional American ice cream flavors like Pistachio, but thankfully have the traditional central american flavors like nance, and mamey. Jesus is a very nice man. My wife and I are beekeepers and sell honey, so as small business owners I think they are underpriced considering how generous they are in serving portions. Of course, the neighborhood is solidly working class, so the price is appropriate. We paid $3.00 for two big scoops. We didn't try the juices, but no doubt they are great considering the fruit is right there for the customer to see. They are also open later than a lot of shops (the neighborhood, sadly, still gets dicey after sunset). Go there!
My family and myself were eating at el Grullense and spotted this place across the street. Let me tell u it was delicious! the lady was very nice she named all the flavor paletas to me, ended up getting 2 strawberries and cream paleta and a coco con leche uhhhh they were bomb also their raspados made with natural fruit so good! I want to go back already
